Shipping Zones

We ship exclusively within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain).
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, nor to other countries outside Spain.

Shipping Costs

We offer prepaid shipping (free shipping) for all purchases made within the Iberian Peninsula.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the recipient’s location.

Delays: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or exceptional situations.
We will keep you informed in case of any significant delays.

Shipping Process

Order Confirmation: Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Shipping and Tracking: We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been shipped.

Non-Deliverable Items

Incorrect Address Returns: If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the cost of the second shipment will be borne by the customer.

Repayment terms and conditions

You can return any product within the first 30 days if it has not fulfilled its function, or if it has arrived in poor condition.

Shipping costs

We take care of the shipping costs as long as the purchase has been made through our website.

If the sale was made through other platforms, it will be the customer who will have to pay the costs of shipping the product to our warehouse.

Reimbursement

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund.

If you bought it on our website: You will be refunded the full amount of the product, using the same method that was used in the purchase (return tpv or deposit in account).

If you bought it on amazon: the amount of the product will be refunded minus 15% (on the price with VAT) which corresponds to amazon’s commission.
